What a comfort it is to know that our Florida home is in the capable and caring hands of Michael Poorman while we are 1300 miles away in NJ. He visits every week and emails us to let us know our home is in good shape. During the recent bad weather, he made sure our home temperature was adjusted to deal with the freezing conditions, and went so far as to wrap some of the water connections to avoid burst pipes. After our last visit, we failed to turn off the water, and set the security alarm. Michael was right on top of this. The Florida property was a big investment for us and having Michael watching over our asset as if it were his gives us great peace of mind.

My husband and I experienced a real dilemma last November after closing on our new home.. I wanted to enjoy the Holidays with my grandchildren in Pa. and Bob had concerns about leaving.
