YOUR $40.00 A MONTH SERVICE FEE INCLUDES ONE VISIT PER WEEK with the following services:

• Verify the security of your home by checking that all doors and windows are locked, secured, and not damaged
• Act as a contact person for your security alarm company
• Check for plumbing failures and water leaks
• Check water heater for leaks
• Run faucets, flush toilets and check water lines regularly
• Ensure that A/C, heat, humidistat, and thermostat are working properly
• Look for storm damage to any part of the home
• Check for rain/water damage to ceiling, walls, floors, etc.
• Watch for mold/mildew problems
• Check for pest and insect invasions
• Check for mail and forward if needed
• Notify client immediately of any problem that is identified during any inspection
• Meet service providers and/or contractors and oversee their work (additional fee required)
• Meet deliveries such as furniture, appliances, etc. (additional fee required)
• Tailor a plan to meet your specific needs and schedule
